Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: Flat rate of 80 Taka
- Outside Dhaka: Flat rate of 99 Taka
Delivery Time
- Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation (except on weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
Order Tracking
- After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status. You can track your package directly using the link provided in the email/SMS.
