1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
- Certain items like cosmetics, personal care products, and perishable goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products.
- Earbuds, earphones, and other personal audio devices (if the seal is broken).
- Discounted or clearance sale items.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support at support@eshfamart.com or via Facebook Messenger or Live Chat within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the details of the product you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Eshfamart will cover one side of the delivery charge for the return.
- The customer will be responsible for the other side of the delivery charge when returning an item.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately at support@eshfamart.com Or Live Chat or Facebook messenger with photos and details of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
7. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting customer support.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return it according to our return policy.
